This year’s BAFTA ceremony features 42 films nominated for awards, ranging from major blockbusters to independent successes. The shortlists were announced in January, with the papal thriller “Conclave” leading the nominations, followed closely by the Spanish-language musical “Emilia Perez” and the post-war epic “The Brutalist.” The star-studded BAFTA ceremony is set to take place in London on Sunday, February 16.
