Bitdeer Increases Hashrate and Readies New SEALMINER Amid Ongoing Global Growth

**Bitdeer Enhances Hashrate and Prepares for SEALMINER Launch Amid Global Expansion**

Bitdeer Technologies Group has unveiled its unaudited operational update for June 2025, showcasing significant progress in its self-mining initiatives, hardware production, and infrastructure development. The company reported a total hashrate of 30.6 EH/s under management, with its self-mining hashrate increasing by 21% to reach 16.2 EH/s.

In June, Bitdeer successfully mined 203 BTC, marking a 4% rise from May, attributed to the enhanced self-mining hashrate, which climbed to 16.5 EH/s. Matt Kong, Chief Business Officer at Bitdeer, stated, “In June, we increased our self-mining hashrate by 21% to 16.5 EH/s and we remain on track to reach 40 EH/s by the end of October 2025.” The SEALMINER A3 series is nearing mass production, with test results meeting expectations, while the SEALMINER A4, designed for energy efficiency at approximately 5 J/TH, is also progressing well.

The manufacturing of SEALMINER A2 has achieved 14.9 EH/s, with 5.3 EH/s shipped to external clients and 4.6 EH/s deployed internally across the U.S., Norway, and Bhutan. An additional 4.2 EH/s is currently in transit.

Bitdeer is also expanding its global infrastructure. In Bhutan, 132 MW is operational at the Jigmeling site, with an additional 368 MW set to be phased in by the end of Q3 2025. In Tydal, Norway, 70 MW is online, with the remaining 105 MW expected to be commissioned by the end of the quarter.

On the financial front, Bitdeer successfully closed a $375 million private placement of 4.875% Convertible Senior Notes due in 2031. This follows the company’s recent inclusion in the Russell 2000® and 3000® indexes as of June 30, 2025, a milestone that reflects Bitdeer’s ongoing growth and success as a leading technology firm.

Additionally, Bitdeer is making strides in the high-performance computing (HPC) and AI sectors, expanding its serverless GPU infrastructure and exploring partnerships at large-scale U.S. sites. This update builds on Bitdeer’s previous announcement of a $330 million convertible notes raise aimed at supporting datacenter expansion and ASIC development, marking the company’s third such offering to enhance both Bitcoin mining and AI capabilities.
