**MPS Q4 2024 Earnings Webinar Overview**

Welcome to the Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) fourth-quarter 2024 earnings webinar. I am Genevieve Cunningham, your moderator for today’s session. Joining me are Michael Hsing, CEO and Founder; Bernie Blegen, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; and Tony Balow, Vice President of Finance.

Earlier today, MPS released a written commentary alongside our earnings announcement, both of which are available for review.

Before we proceed, I want to remind everyone that during this presentation, we may make forward-looking statements as defined by the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. These statements involve risks and uncertainties that could lead to actual results differing from our projections. Details regarding these risks can be found in the Safe Harbor statements included in our Q4 2024 earnings release and our SEC filings, including our Form 10-K.

Now, I will hand the call over to Bernie Blegen.

**Bernie Blegen’s Remarks**

Thank you, Genevieve. Good afternoon, and welcome to our Q4 2024 earnings call. In 2024, MPS achieved its 13th consecutive year of growth, with total revenue reaching $2.2 billion, a 21% increase from 2023. For Q4 2024, we recorded a record quarterly revenue of $621.7 million, surpassing Q3 2024 and reflecting a 37% increase compared to Q4 2023. This success is attributed to our diversified market strategy, consistent execution, ongoing innovation, and strong customer focus.

Here are some key highlights from 2024:

– We launched a silicon carbide inverter designed for high-powered clean energy applications, with additional revenue expected to ramp up in late 2025. Other silicon carbide-based applications are set to be introduced across various regions in 2025 and 2026.
– We developed a range of high-quality, cost-effective automotive audio products utilizing DSP technology from our 2024 Axign acquisition, powered by MPS Solutions.
– For enterprise notebooks, we introduced a battery management solution and are currently sampling a new mini phase power stage, which enhances charge time and significantly improves battery life.
– Following our first analog-to-digital converter design win in 2024, we are working on new high-accuracy 24-bit converters, anticipated to ramp up in the latter half of 2025.

MPS remains committed to innovation, addressing our customers’ most pressing challenges, and upholding the highest quality standards. We continue to invest in new technologies and expand into new markets.
