Gensol Engineering Ltd announced on Friday the reappointment of Jabirmahendi Aga as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective immediately. Aga takes over from Ankit Jain, who has chosen to explore other opportunities, as stated in the company’s investor release.

Following the announcement, Gensol Engineering’s shares experienced a decline, opening at an intraday low of ₹307.25 on the NSE. This marks the stock’s tenth consecutive session in the red, despite an initial gain earlier in the day. As of 10:50 am, the stock was down 3.18%, trading at ₹324.15 per share.

Jabirmahendi Aga brings over 14 years of financial expertise to his new role as CFO. He has a comprehensive understanding of Gensol’s financial operations, having previously served as the company’s CFO. In his new position, Aga will report directly to Anmol Singh Jaggi, Chairman & Managing Director of Gensol Engineering Limited.
