3. An MoU for collaboration in developing Trincomalee as an energy hub, involving India, Sri Lanka, and the United Arab Emirates.
4. An MoU focused on defense cooperation between the two nations.
5. An MoU for multi-sectoral grant assistance for Sri Lanka’s Eastern Province.
6. An MoU on health and medicine cooperation between India’s Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and Sri Lanka’s Ministry of Health and Mass Media.
7. An MoU on pharmacopoeial cooperation between the Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission and Sri Lanka’s National Medicines Regulatory Authority.

Additionally, several projects were inaugurated or launched, including:

– The upgraded railway track of the Maho-Omanthai railway line.
– The construction of a signaling system for the Maho-Anuradhapura railway line.
– The groundbreaking ceremony for the Sampur Solar power project (held virtually).
