The second victim, a former colleague of Jayesh, was invited to the couple’s residence on Onam day, where he was allegedly beaten and had staples forcibly attached to 23 locations on his body, including sensitive areas. He was also robbed of money and a mobile phone.
Authorities became aware of the situation when one of the victims sought medical treatment at a local hospital. Initially, he provided a misleading account, claiming he was attacked by unknown assailants.
