H100 Group AB has announced the acquisition of an additional 117.93 Bitcoin as part of its ongoing Bitcoin Treasury Strategy. This purchase, which was partially financed through proceeds from the company’s convertible loan agreements, reflects H100’s commitment to Bitcoin as a strategic asset. The average purchase price for this latest acquisition was approximately SEK 1,120,973 per BTC, bringing the company’s total Bitcoin holdings to 628.22 BTC, with the total transaction amounting to around SEK 132.3 million.

Sander Andersen, CEO of H100 Group, emphasized the significance of this addition, stating, “This move follows a growing trend among tech-oriented growth companies that are incorporating Bitcoin into their balance sheets. In a related development, H100 Group has received approval to trade on the Open Market segment of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FSE).
