India’s second-largest IT services company, Infosys, has declared an average bonus payout of 65% for eligible employees for the fourth quarter of FY25, navigating a complex macroeconomic landscape. This announcement comes after the Bengaluru-based firm issued an 80% bonus for the previous quarter (Q3 FY25) and a notable 90% in Q2 FY25.

The bonus is applicable to employees in Band 6 and below, primarily targeting junior and mid-level staff, and will be processed in the May 2025 payroll cycle. The payout percentages are contingent on individual performance ratings, ranging from 0% for those rated “Needs Improvement” to 83% for employees achieving an “Outstanding” rating.
