**Kevin Willsey Retires from JPMorgan Chase After Over 30 Years**

Kevin Willsey, the global chair of investment banking and capital markets at JPMorgan Chase & Company, is set to retire after more than three decades with the largest bank on Wall Street, as reported by Bloomberg News.

Willsey has spent over 30 years at Wall Street’s second-largest bank, where he previously served as co-head of North America investment banking and led the global equity capital markets team before assuming the role of global chair in 2013 during a management restructuring. He will officially step down at the end of March, according to an internal memo reviewed by Bloomberg.

Under Willsey’s leadership, JPMorgan emerged as the leading equity underwriter in 2008 and 2009, as highlighted in the memo.

In the memo from Doug Petno and Troy Rohrbaugh, co-heads of the commercial and investment bank, Willsey is remembered for his intense competitive spirit, his ability to tackle complex issues, and his mentorship to many within the organization. A representative from JPMorgan confirmed the details of the memo.

Additionally, last month, the firm announced that Jennifer Nason, the global chair of investment banking, would also be stepping down after nearly 40 years with the bank.
