After more than a dozen women accused Justin Tucker of sexual misconduct, the NFL has launched an investigation, as reported. The league is reportedly interviewing massage therapists who have alleged inappropriate sexual behavior by the Baltimore Ravens kicker. Last month, six massage therapists from upscale spas claimed that Tucker exposed himself multiple times over a four-year period, including during his rookie season when the Ravens secured the Super Bowl title.
The allegations involve incidents at four different spas and wellness centers, where the alleged victims assert that Tucker brushed against them with his genitals and engaged in other forms of sexual misconduct. Recently, seven additional women have come forward, bringing the total number of accusers to 16. These women are associated with eight spas and wellness centers in Baltimore, with two establishments reportedly banning Tucker due to his inappropriate behavior, according to The Baltimore Banner. The new accusers allege that Tucker “acted inappropriately” at some of Baltimore’s premier luxury spas, including those at the Four Seasons and Ritz-Carlton.
Tucker faces accusations of exposing himself, brushing against some therapists with his genitals, and other misconduct. In response to the allegations, Tucker issued a statement through his attorneys last month, declaring the claims to be “unequivocally false.” He emphasized, “Throughout my career as a professional athlete, I have always sought to conduct myself with the utmost professionalism. I have never before been accused of misconduct of any kind, and I have never been accused of acting inappropriately in front of a massage therapist or during a massage therapy session or other bodywork.”
Tucker further stated, “I have never received any complaints from a massage therapist, have never been dismissed from a massage therapy or bodywork session, and have never been told that I was not welcome at any spa or other place of business.” The Ravens organization acknowledged the allegations against Tucker and stated that they “take any allegations of this nature seriously and will continue to monitor the situation.”
Tucker is widely regarded as one of the greatest placekickers in NFL history, having been selected to seven Pro Bowls and five All-Pro teams during his 13-year career, all with the Ravens.
