**Congress Protest in Hyderabad Turns Controversial Amid Abusive Remarks**

A protest organized by the Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) outside the Enforcement Directorate (ED) office in Hyderabad on Thursday took a contentious turn when senior Congress leader and former MP Anjan Kumar Yadav directed foul language at Union Minister G Kishan Reddy. Yadav, who is the father of sitting MP Anil Kumar Yadav, made these remarks during the demonstration, which was part of a nationwide call by the Congress to oppose the charge sheet filed against Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi in the National Herald case.

In a video that has circulated widely, Yadav can be heard using derogatory terms aimed at Union Minister G Kishan Reddy, questioning the Congress’s integrity in light of their protests. The demonstration saw participation from several senior leaders of the Telangana government, including Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka and TPCC president Mahesh Kumar Goud, as Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy was on an official visit to Japan.

Goud accused the BJP-led Union government of engaging in “political vendetta,” claiming that central agencies are being misused to damage Rahul Gandhi’s reputation, particularly following a successful All India Congress Committee (AICC) session in Gujarat.

In response to Yadav’s remarks, the BJP filed a formal complaint at the Saifabad Police Station. The complaint, lodged by BJP Telangana’s social media convenor Sumiran Komarraju, described Yadav’s comments as “highly derogatory and abusive,” urging the police to take immediate legal action under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and other relevant laws. Komarraju emphasized that G Kishan Reddy is a respected public servant with over four decades of experience, and Yadav’s comments were an affront not only to the minister but also to public discourse and democratic values.

As the situation unfolds, the Congress party has yet to release an official statement addressing the incident.
