**Headline:** Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorist Squad Exposes Chhangur Baba’s Alleged Terrorist Training Facility Plans

The Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorist Squad (ATS) has made significant revelations in the FIR against Chhangur Baba, the alleged mastermind behind a religious conversion network. The investigation suggests that Baba was planning to establish a terrorist training facility with foreign financial support. Chhangur Baba, also known as Jamaluddin, along with his associates, was arrested earlier this month for conducting extensive religious conversions.

Authorities allege that Baba received over Rs 500 crore through approximately 40 bank accounts from international sources, including funds from Gulf nations and potentially Pakistan. The FIR filed by the UP ATS claims that these funds were utilized to construct an opulent mansion in Balrampur and to purchase high-end vehicles such as Fortuner and Creta. Additionally, the money is believed to have financed anti-national activities, including the development of a large building intended for use as a terror camp.

The police assert that Chhangur Baba’s conversion network extended beyond Uttar Pradesh, operating in multiple states. Reports indicate that Hindu women and minors were specifically targeted and coerced into conversion. Investigators have uncovered that Baba had assembled a team that received commissions for each successful conversion, indicating a structured incentive system where payouts varied by caste.

So far, the ATS has arrested Baba’s son, Mehboob, along with associates Naveen Rohra and Neetu alias Nasreen, who are considered key figures in the operation. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) is also investigating the financial aspects of the case, focusing on properties worth over Rs 100 crore that were allegedly acquired illegally in Balrampur and Pune, some of which are situated on encroached government land.

Chhangur Baba has denied all allegations, asserting, “I am innocent. I don’t know anything.”

In a related development, Maulana Shahabuddin Razvi Barelvi, the national president of the All India Muslim Jamaat, issued a fatwa against Chhangur Baba, calling for his boycott within the community. He stated, “The work done by Baba is not only illegal but also against the principles of Islam. Such a person should be boycotted.”

Officials have confirmed that the investigation will continue to uncover the full extent of the religious conversion gang’s operations and its national and international connections. Ongoing raids aim to locate additional suspects who are currently at large.
