In Anseong, South Korea, a tragic incident occurred when five 50-meter steel structures supporting a partially constructed highway bridge collapsed sequentially. This disaster resulted in the deaths of at least three construction workers and left at least seven others injured. In response, South Korea’s acting president, Choi Sang-mok, has called for the immediate mobilization of all available personnel and resources to assist in search and rescue efforts, as well as to ensure public safety.
